Orders are processed within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be
processed on the next business day.
Shipping within Zambia
We deliver across Zambia through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery fees:
Within Lusaka: K80 flat fee
Outside Lusaka: K130 flat fee
Free delivery anywhere in Zambia for orders of K1,000 and above
International ShippingAt this time, we officially ship within Zambia only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
M’simbi Returns & Exchanges Policy
At M’simbi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return.
Process

Once your return/exchange is approved, you will be given instructions on where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns to M’simbi, as well as any duties or tariffs that may apply.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or style of equal value, subject to availability.
